Our story, woven with local passion

Gathered Local was born from a passion for making gifting more personal while supporting the vibrant communities of California’s Central Coast. We help real estate professionals and luxury hotels offer meaningful gifts that feel thoughtful, elevated, and connected to the place their clients and guests are experiencing.

Founder Destinee Sleath was inspired to create Gathered Local after moving to Ojai and falling in love with its welcoming community and creative spirit. Surrounded by talented makers and small businesses, she saw an opportunity to celebrate local craftsmanship, introduce others to exceptional products, and support the people who make this region so special.
